Before installing the SpotDraft Chrome Plugin ensure you have:

⚙️ Installation & Configuration

1 - Navigate to the SpotDraft Gmail Plugin with this link

2 - Click Add to Chrome.

3 - Click Add extension.

Note. The extension has been added and can be ‘pinned’.
Congratulations. The integration is now complete and you can use SpotDraft directly from Gmail!


1 - In Gmail, navigate to an email that has an attachment

2 - Hover the attachment to reveal the actions and click the SpotDraft icon

3 - Click Login With Spotdraft

4 - Click Continue.

5 - After receiving the ‘Success message’ got back to Gmail

6 - Select the action e.g. ‘Upload Contract for Signature’.

7 - Click Next.

Note. additional files can be uploaded if required.

8 - Complete the ‘Contract Type’ and ‘Counterparty Name’, then click Upload.

9 -  Click the link on the ‘Success Message’.

10 - The Contract is now in SpotDraft and can be managed as required.
